Two or three times a year we go on a retreat to refresh our spirits. We fellowship away from the worries of the world and focus on our relationships with God and each other.

2010 in Shreveport
Fall was a great time again this year. Grace Community UMC in Shreveport showed amazing hospitality to our group and introduced us to their new "Common Ground" neighborhood community center ministry. We painted a childrens play area and a library, and created a blackboard wall for children to enjoy! Some of us also to a homeless walk and learned about the ways we can be in ministry with those around us in the street.
